  • U Power Limited UCAR shares fell 55% to $19.41 amid post-IPO volatility. U Power priced its 2,416,667 share IPO at $6 per share.
  • Peakstone Realty Trust PKST fell 16.4% to $30.78.
  • Asure Software, Inc. ASUR dropped 15.3% to $14.13.
  • Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited KC fell 14% to $6.34.
  • Orbital Infrastructure Group, Inc. OIG dropped 11.6% to $2.1559.
  • ThredUp Inc. TDUP fell 10.7% to $2.7850.
  • W. R. Berkley Corporation WRB dipped 10.5% to $56.69 after the company reported mixed Q1 results.
  • 374Water, Inc. SCWO declined 10.2% to $3.2850.
  • Everbridge, Inc. EVBG shares tumbled 9.6% to $27.45 after Stephens & Co downgraded the stock from Overweight to Equal-Weight and lowered its price target from $41 to $34.
  • Livent Corporation LTHM dropped 8.5% to $19.99. Lithium stocks traded lower Friday after Chilean President Gabriel Boric shared plans to nationalize the country's lithium industry and create a separate state-owned company to produce the metal used to make electric vehicle batteries.

  • Cipher Mining Inc. CIFR fell 7.3% to $2.17.
  • Autoliv, Inc. ALV dropped 5% to $87.39 after the company reported mixed Q1 financial results and issued guidance.
