Khiron's Appoints New CFO

Khiron Life Sciences Corp. KHRN KHRNF has tapped Michael O'Connor as the company's chief financial officer of the company. He succeeds Helen Bellwood in the position.

O'Connor brings over three decades of operational, corporate finance, business development and corporate governance experience to the Toronto-based company.

He began his career at the Economic Council of Canada before becoming the Center for Economic and Financial Analysis director at Science Applications International Corp. in Washington, D.C., and San Diego.

MariMed Names New Board Member

Cannabis operator MariMed Inc. MRMD MRMD recently appointed Kathleen Tucker to its board of directors.

Tucker has over 25 years of senior executive experience in consumer marketing, product development, operations, finance, and technology with iconic U.S. brands and cannabis companies.

She honed her skills while working at Presence Enterprises LLC, 3C Compassionate Care Center, FTD Inc. and Visa Inc. V.

Pharmaceutical And Consumer Products Veteran Takes On CFO Role At RS BioTherapeutics

RS BioTherapeutics has welcomed pharmaceutical and consumer products veteran Curtis R. Rhine as its chief financial officer.

Rhine boasts nearly four decades of experience across all finance disciplines. He previously served at Ovation Pharmaceuticals, Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. TAK and PepsiCo, Inc. PEP.

Open Book Extracts Appoints VP Of Supply Chain

Open Book Extracts (OBX) confirmed that Allen Olson joined the organization's leadership team as vice president of supply chain.

Olson will leverage his experience to lead EHS, manufacturing, quality control, procurement, materials management, and logistics at OBX.

Olson has "decades of extensive supply chain and operations leadership experience," OBX CEO Dave Neundorfer said.

Douglas Fagan Brings Expertise To Safe Harbor Financial Board

SHF Holdings Inc., which is doing business as Safe Harbor Financial SHFS, has appointed Douglas Fagan, president and CEO of Partner Colorado Credit Union, to the company's board of directors, replacing Joshua Mann, co-CEO of Northern Lights Acquisition Corp.

Fagan will provide "unique insights and invaluable guidance," Safe Harbor CEO Sundie Seefried said.
