Behind Closed Doors - CityVest Offers Investors Access To High Performing Private Funds

Alan Donenfeld, Founder and CEO of CityVest Capital, recently presented at Benzinga’s virtual Alternative Investing Event on Wednesday, April 26th, 2023. The event brought together experts and thought leaders from the alternative investment space to discuss ripe opportunities many investors fail to consider.

CityVest gives accredited investors access to institutional, private real estate equity funds. CityVest carefully vets the funds that it offers, making sure that the offerings are top of the line. Out of around 700 deals the company considers, only 6 or 7 of the best are offered. 

Mr. Donenfeld said of the vetting process, “Of those 6 or 7 we bring to market each year, these are the best we’ve found. The combination of the highest level of returns, most experience, the best niche…my job is to find the best strategies, the best managers.”
