On Thursday, the NASDAQ stock market is apparently having issues with their data feed. Traders are complaining on Twitter that they are not getting quotes on NASDAQ stocks. NASDAQ said on its website, "The UTP SIP is investigating an issue with stale data on the UQDF and UTDF feeds across multiple channels. The UTP SIP will advise when the issue is resolved."
On the ThinkorSwim trading platform, a number of prominent NASDAQ stocks such as Netflix
NFLX, Apple
AAPL and Amazon
AMZN were not quoting for a period of time around 1:30 EST.
At last check, the problems appeared to have been resolved and NASDAQ stocks were being quoted again. The issues do not appear to have been limited to just one or two brokers, as numerous traders reported the same problems on Twitter.
