Microsoft MSFT recently announced the launch of a new promotion for Xbox Game Pass, which allows existing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass members to offer up to five friends a free 14-day trial of the PC Game Pass.
However, it's worth noting that invited friends must be new to Game Pass in order to redeem the offer. Referral invitations can be found on the Game Pass Home screen in the Xbox App on Windows, or via Xbox.com.

The program is particularly significant given that the company recently ended a long-standing promotion that offered a one-month trial of the subscription service for $1.
The trial includes access to all benefits of PC Game Pass, such as new titles from Xbox Game Studios on day one, membership in EA Play, and the ability to try out popular PC and mobile games from Tencent's TCEHY Riot Games.
Moreover, those who link their Riot Games account and Xbox profile can unlock additional benefits in games like "Valorant," "League of Legends," "Teamfight Tactics," and "Legends of Runeterra."
PC Game Pass provides players access to a curated library of hundreds of PC games from top developers worldwide, such as Forza Horizon 5 and Sea of Thieves. Also, Arkane's latest release, the open-world FPS game "Redfall" is now available on the Game Pass.
Which games will be released soon? "Ravenlok," an action-packed fairy tale adventure game, will be added on May 4, while "Weird West: Definitive Edition," "Shadowrun Trilogy," and "Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2," will be available on May 11.
