AFC Gamma, Inc. AFCG released its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023, revealing net income of $10.0 million, a decrease of 1.3% compared to $10.2 million in Q1 2022, and distributable earnings of $11.6 million or $0.57 per basic weighted average common share, a decrease of 2.5% compared to $11.9 million or $0.62 per basic weighted average common share in Q1 2022.
“Since mid-2022, given the market and interest rate volatility, AFC Gamma has taken a conservative view to deploying and managing our capital. Tannenbaum.
