What Happened: Heartcore and Japanese printing company Toppan signed a partnership agreement in which Heartcore will expand Toppan's digital marketing business through use of its content management system. Both companies also plan to collaborate on other joint business ventures. 

"By combining our tech and development enabled capabilities with Toppan's digital marketing systems, we are primed to strengthen and expand both company's reach and penetration in the digital marketing ecosystem," said Sumitaka Kanno, CEO of HeartCore. 

Heartcore is a software development company that offers Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to enterprise customers worldwide.

HTCR Price Action: Heartcore has a 52-week high of $3.43 and a 52-week low of 78 cents.
