Camping World On Acquisition Spree, Discloses Funtime RV Buyout

Camping World Holdings Inc CWH announced the acquisition of Funtime RV in Oregon for an undisclosed term.  

The acquisition is expected to boost the company's Oregon location count to nine.

The buyout of Funtime RV, which sells Forest River RV and Keystone RV products, is expected to close in Q3 2023.

"Funtime RV has been proudly serving Oregon for over 30 years. This acquisition extends our leadership in one of America's largest RV markets and gives us the ability to supercharge our long-standing Wilsonville parts and accessories location with the addition of an excellent RV sales team," said Marcus Lemonis, Chairman and CEO.

The company has been on an acquisition spree in recent times.

CWH disclosed the buyout of Halterman's RV and Roy Robinson RV Center, both in the greater Seattle market.

Also, the company disclosed the buyout of Hitch RV, which includes three locations across Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey
