Why Expion360 Stock Is Trading higher Today

Expion360 Inc. XPON launched a new e360 SmartTalk Battery for powering electric golf carts and other light electric vehicles, or LEVs.

The company said the battery has intelligent wireless mobile management capabilities with superior construction and durability.

It is a 48 Volt GC2 lithium iron phosphate battery, with which users can wirelessly monitor performance on any Bluetooth-enabled mobile device.

The batteries have a lifespan of 12 years or three to four times that of most lead-acid batteries.

The features will prove helpful for LEV operators, especially those managing multiple vehicles.

The battery's fully integrated e360 SmartTalk Bluetooth technology enables golf cart operators to monitor individual and multiple battery bank performance wirelessly.

"As our first Bluetooth enabled battery, we see this as just the beginning of an expanding line of e360 SmartTalk-ready batteries that we expect will be in high demand for both existing and future product applications," stated Expion360 CEO Brian Schaffner.

Expion360 expects the new product to leverage the solid growth prospects of golf cart batteries under the lithium battery segment.
