- Acelyrin, Inc. SLRN shares jumped 35% to $23.81.
- ORIC Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ORIC gained 17% to $7.59. ORIC Pharmaceuticals announced $85 million private placement financing.
- Identiv, Inc. INVE rose 15.7% to $8.31. B. Riley Securities upgraded Identiv from Neutral to Buy and raised the price target from $10 to $11.
- SL Green Realty Corp. SLG surged 15.5% to $27.19.
- Lucid Group, Inc. LCID climbed 13% to $6.18 after the company announced a technology partnership with Aston Martin to integrate, supply Lucid's electric vehicle powertrain and battery systems in contracts worth in excess of $450 million.
- Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. FFIE gained 12.7% to $0.2556.
- Altice USA, Inc. ATUS rose 11.7% to $2.38.
- Vornado Realty Trust VNO climbed 10.5% to $16.08.
- IonQ, Inc. IONQ gained 10.1% to $10.32. Needham maintained IonQ with a Buy and raised the price target from $9 to $11.
- PacWest Bancorp PACW climbed 10% to $7.95 after Ares Management acquired the bank's $3.5 billion specialty finance loan portfolio.
- Weave Communications, Inc. WEAV surged 9.5% to $10.00 after Loop Capital upgraded the stock from Hold to Buy and raised its price target from $5 to $13.
- Canopy Growth Corporation CGC gained 9.1% to $0.5651.
- Ispire Technology Inc. ISPR jumped 8.4% to $7.59.
- Belite Bio, Inc BLTE rose 8% to $12.18.
- Genesco Inc. GCO surged 7.3% to $25.68. Genesco said its board of directors had authorized a $50 million increase to its existing $200 million share repurchase authorization.
- Structure Therapeutics Inc. GPCR gained 7.1% to $31.40.
- Coinbase Global, Inc. COIN climbed 7% to $65.74. The US Supreme Court ruled for the company in its bid to halt court proceedings as the company seeks to move customer litigation into arbitration.
- Wolfspeed, Inc. WOLF gained 6.6% to $52.71 after the company received a $1.25 billion investment led by Apollo.
