Thompson Duke Industrial, a provider of cannabis oil vaporizer device filling and capping equipment, introduced a new line of machines designed for infusing pre-rolled cannabis products.

The company's latest offerings include the Big JIM (joint infuser machine), an automatic device capable of infusing pre-rolled joints with cannabis oils and concentrates, as well as filling vaporizer cartridges and devices. Additionally, the Little JIM is an attachment that converts existing MCF1 or SVH semi-automatic filling machines into joint infusion machines.

"The Big and Little JIM gives cannabis companies a seamless way to use automation to diversify their product portfolio and tap into the growing pre-roll market (...) These machines offer dual utility, serving as all-in-one solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiencies to meet all vape filling and pre-roll needs," said M. Hogan, managing director of Thompson Duke Industrial.

About The New Line

The new machines offer enhanced features such as precise control over dispense volume, draw speed, and dispense speed, allowing for accurate and consistent oil infusion into pre-rolled joints.

The Big JIM also provides versatility by automating the filling process for various products, including pre-rolled joints, cartridges, pods, capsules, syringes, and jars.

Key features of the Big JIM include the ability to dispense both high and low-viscosity oils, efficient setup and system cleaning, and an optimized touchscreen interface for easy adjustments and real-time diagnostics.

The Little JIM attachment enables the manual and precise infusion of pre-rolled joints using existing filling machines, allowing for seamless switching between vape devices and pre-rolls.

Both machines are manufactured in the United States, comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and hold cETLus Certification for both the U.S. and Canada.

Thompson Duke Industrial, LLC, is an equipment manufacturer and a member of the National Cannabis Industry Association and the Canna Consortium.
