Goldman Sachs GS released a client note on Best Buy BBY this morning. The firm's analysts said that the company needs to address three key strategic questions going forward. They are 1) How will the firm generate gross margin expansion? 2) Does BBY have sales visibility into its TV cycle? 3) Will the company finally act on capital allocation?
Despite these important questions that investors must ask, Goldman continues to rate BBY a Buy, despite a choppy quarter. They wrote, "we see a favorable risk/reward, given modest valuation, a potent TV cycle, and capital allocation opportunity." GS has a $47 price target on Best Buy (BBY). During the current trading session, the stock has risen 1.26% to $41.72.
