Samsung's upcoming foldable phone, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 keeps breaking cover ahead of its launch on July 26. The latest leak shows off the large cover display on top featuring widgets for flight tracking, weather, and photos, apart from calendar and messaging.

Some of the images show that Samsung has eliminated the gap when the phone is folded, which not only improves its compactness but also protects the phone from lint finding its way between the fold.
What We Know So Far: The Galaxy Z Flip 5 is said to sport a 3.4-inch cover display and a 6.7-inch inner display. It is rumored to be powered by Qualcomm Inc.'s QCOM Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
The larger cover display solves one of the issues with Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip series – past phones have featured smaller cover displays even as its rivals expanded the size.
Samsung not only has a larger cover display this time, but it has also partnered with Alphabet Inc.'s GOOGL Google to optimize core Google apps for the cover display. Between Samsung and Google apps, Galaxy Z Flip 5 users should have most of their needs covered.
To make it even better, you can save $50 on the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 by simply registering your interest on Samsung's official website.
