Microsoft Corp. MSFT Microsoft Store launched its Ultimate Game Sale, offering exciting deals on select Xbox and PC games, PC accessories and Xbox console bundles.

The sale runs until July 31, with a wide range of digital Xbox games available at discounts of up to 90%. With genres spanning adventure, fantasy and sports, there are numerous options to suit diverse gaming preferences.

Some of the highlighted titles include Electronic Arts Inc.'s EA FIFA 23 for Series X|S, which is down 75% and can be purchased for $17.49; NBA 2K23 for Series X|S, which has a 90% discount and available for $6.99; and Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition, which has a price tag $49.99 thanks to a 50% price reduction.

Other discounts include popular titles such as Star Wars Jedi: Survivor (25% off, $64), Warner Bros. DIscover Inc. WBD Warner Bros. Games' Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe Edition ($64), Elden Ring ($42), Activision Blizzard Inc's ATVI Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II (45% off, $38.49), Ghostwire: Tokyo ($20, 67% off), Cyberpunk 2077 ($30, 50% off), Far Cry 6 ($15, 75% off), Red Dead Redemption 2 ($19.79), The Witcher 3 ($19.99), Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, ($19.79), It Takes Two, ($15.99), Marvel's Midnight Suns Enhanced Edition ($28, 60% off), and Wild Hearts ($42, 40% off).

The current Microsoft Store's Ultimate Game Sale doesn't offer any noteworthy deals on the Xbox Series X or S consoles. But, gamers can still enjoy some slight discounts on accessories, including Xbox controllers with a $13 price reduction and the possibility of up to $40 off the Elite Series 2, which is highly regarded as one of the top-notch gamepads available.

While there are no special discounts on Game Pass currently, new subscribers have the chance to take advantage of Microsoft's recent reintroduction of the $1 first-month trial.
