Sovos Brands, Inc. SOVO climbed 25.2% to $22.56 after Campbell Soup announced it would acquire the company for $23 per share in cash.
Veritiv Corporation VRTV rose 19.3% to $168.50 after the company announced it will be acquired by CD&R.
Graham Corporation GHM gaiend 15.7% to $16.15 following better-than-expected quarterly results.
