Patrick Waid Appointed to Hartco's Board of Directors

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Aug. 14, 2009) - Hartco Inc. (TSX:HCI) today announced the appointment of Mr. Patrick Waid, the company's president and chief operating officer, to its board of directors, effective immediately.

Pat's 25 years of business experience include senior leadership and executive roles in the fast-paced information technology industry.
