Fisker Inc FSR inked a deal with Tesla Inc TSLA to offer its customers access to the Supercharger network.
As per the terms, Fisker will adopt the North American Charging Standard (NACS) on its first vehicles in 2025.
The deal will offer Fisker owners additional charging options, utilizing Tesla's 12,000 Supercharger stations in the U.S. and Canada.
The company's customers can utilize adapters to enable Supercharging starting Q1 2025.
Later, Fisker plans to update vehicle engineering to include a NACS inlet, which entails a CCS adapter that aids customers in continuing to charge using that standard.
Earlier this month, FSR reported second-quarter FY23 sales of $825,000, missing the analyst consensus of $20.40 million and EPS loss of $(0.25), beating the analyst consensus estimate of $(0.31).
The company held $521.8 million in cash and equivalents as of June 30, 2023.

Other major automakers, such as General Motors Co GM and Ford Motor Co F, have earlier joined Tesla's supercharger network.

Price Action: FSR shares closed lower by 0.71% at $5.56 on Monday.
