On CNBC’s "Mad Money Lightning Round," Jim Cramer said Evolv Technologies Holdings, Inc. EVLV has moved so high, yet doesn’t make any money.

Cramer also mentioned Digital World Acquisition Corp. DWAC is a blank check company expected to merge with former President Donald Trump's Trump Media & Technology Group Corp.

"I’m going to have to take a major league no, hard pass on that," Cramer said.

When asked about Prospect Capital Corporation PSEC, he said, "We have no idea what prospect owns, we can’t do it. I know it’s got that big yield, but we have no idea what’s in it, we’re going to say no to that."

The "Mad Money" host said it’s time to buy RTX Corporation RTX. "I’m taking it out of the penalty box right now right here," he added.
