Innovative Partnership Forges New Frontiers In Cannabis Extraction Technology

Cannabis and hemp extraction industry, Prodigy Processing Solutions has formed a partnership with Ohio-based Mitchell Fabricators, known for its expertise in the fabrication and modularization of process piping, pressure vessels and structural steel.

Led by industry veteran Scott Mitchell, Mitchell Fabricators brings substantial experience and innovation to Prodigy, including an ASME Nuclear Component Certification.

"Our partnership with Mitchell Fabricators is more than a business collaboration; it's a fusion of traditions, innovation, and relentless pursuit of excellence," said Marc Beginin, CEO of Prodigy. This partnership comes after the high-profile sale of Beginin's previous company, Precision Extraction Solutions, to Agrify Corporation AGFY in 2021 for a sum exceeding $50 million.

ProX Cannabis Extraction System

Scott Mitchell's role as an equity partner aligns with Prodigy's commitment to advanced technology, contributing to the design and manufacturing of the ProX cannabis extraction system.

According to a press release, ProX's features include ultra-cold operational temperatures and compatibility with a plethora of hydrocarbon and other solvents.
