Glow MedSpa came to LeadOrigin with an outdated website that failed to measure up to its competitors. Glow MedSpa’s competitors had brand new, modern websites that allowed for online scheduling of appointments.
The LeadOrigin team approached the new Glow MedSpa website in three phases—content: the writing; design: design of the web pages; and development: how the website gets built out in WordPress.
Content research brought LeadOrigin back to Glow MedSpa’s competitors and an assessment of the different services they offered, as well as their SEO.
One tool that LeadOrigin used to determine the trajectory of the Glow MedSpa website was a “heat map,” which showed what the users were most interested in and interacting with the most.
“What is it that we need to remove and is essentially filler and is getting in the way of conversions?” Bilal said. “It's getting in the way of spending all these ad dollars, and people are not converting. So that way, we can kind of focus on what people like the best.”
LeadOrigin set off building the website and managing Glow MedSpa’s SEO so that anytime someone searched for a spa service, such as “facial,” Glow MedSpa appeared first in the search rankings for that area. All of this unfolded in April 2023, and since then, Glow MedSpa has remained booked out three weeks in advance for appointments.
