Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and California Governor Gavin Newsom have agreed to a televised debate in November, which will air on Fox News. DeSantis, a Republican, is running for the GOP presidential nomination against former President Donald Trump.
Fox Corp’s FOX Fox News will host the debate on Nov. 30 in Georgia. Sean Hannity is slated to moderate the debate. The network is promoting the event as a “red state vs blue state” debate.

What Do The Odds Say? PredictIt.org, a website that allows users to bet and make predictions on political outcomes, currently has Newsom and DeSantis as the third and fourth favorites to win the 2024 presidential election respectively, despite the fact that Newsom has repeatedly stated that he is not running for president in 2024.
Shares of Newsom to win the presidential election were trading at $.13 on the dollar, while DeSantis shares were trading at $.07 a dollar.
Biden is currently the favorite trading at $.43, while shares of Trump to win are trading at $.40 on the dollar. This means you could buy shares of DeSantis to win the presidential election for 7 cents, and if he does indeed end up winning, you’d get paid out $1.00 per share that you own.
