Ric Flair's Cannabis Line Comes To Mississippi: Here's How Medical Marijuana Changed Pro-Wrestler's Life

  • Ric Flair Drip is coming to Mississippi via a partnership with Southern Sky Brands.
  • Flair told the audience at Benzinga Cannabis Conference in 2022 that marijuana replaced Xanax for him as a remedy for pain.

Ric Flair Drip, the cannabis line by world-renowned pro-wrestler Ric Flair and Carma HoldCo, is coming to Mississippi via a partnership with Southern Sky Brands.

The news came on the heels of Flair's new Woooo! Energy Drink becoming the exclusive power drink of Ohio's Cleveland Cavaliers.

Southern Sky Brands co-founder and Director Stan Martin said the new collaboration resonates with the mission of this farm-to-patient-focused medical cannabis company.

"We're excited to offer a product that not only carries the legacy of a legend but also meets the high standards our patients expect and deserve," Martin commented on Ric Flair Drip's debut in the Magnolia State.

Flair's cannabis line has also teamed up with boxing legend Mike Tyson's weed company, Tyson 2.0, and the two have been working and playing together for years. In November 2022, both brands joined under a new parent company, Carma Holdings LLC.

Flair and Tyson attended Benzinga's cannabis event in Chicago last September, where they famously lit up a joint and smoked it on stage while discussing the benefits of cannabis over drugs like Xanax and other addictive painkillers.

Flair told the packed conference room at the Palmer House Hotel that marijuana replaced Xanax for him as a remedy for pain. During his career, Flair used to have to wrestle up to 454 times per year.

Earlier this year, Flair spoke on Fox News about the benefits of medical marijuana.

"It was mostly in God's hands. But I'll say this. I was hooked on Xanax since 1989, and I'm not anymore," said Flair. "Medical cannabis has changed my life... I'm so much healthier now."
