Donald Trump could be more dangerous now than ever, going by comments from his niece Mary Trump in a new substack post.
What Happened: “It’s not his [Donald Trump’s] strength that makes him dangerous, it’s his weakness along with his unconscious sense that he is a loser who can only ‘win’ if he lies, cheats, and steals,” Mary Trump, who is also a psychologist said.
The former president believes being a winner is absolutely necessary for his existence, which is why he threatens to “burn it all down” if he doesn’t get his way, she said. She also lamented the fact that a significant minority of Americans, in conjunction with almost 100% of elected Republicans, are determined to put him in a position to do just that.
“Donald believes in nothing beyond himself. If he ceases to exist, everything else should, too,” the host of the “Mary Trump Show” podcast said.
Is Trump Getting Worse? Donald Trump is in greater danger, “legally and financially – even existentially—than he's ever been before,” Mary Trump said. There is more at stake, including his freedom and his wealth, than there ever has been, she added.
The chances increase that “Donald's stochastic terrorism will find a target who will be more than happy to commit political violence on his behalf,” his niece said.
Judge Arthur Engoron’s decision in New York, which is seen as corporate death penalty, will likely prove something of a tipping point, Mary Trump said. “It's far past time all of the evidence against Donald and his decades-long crime spree reaches critical mass,” she added.
