U.S. stock futures traded mixed this morning on Wednesday. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s pre-market trading session.

  • Vicor Corporation VICR shares dipped 20.8% to $42.11 in pre-market trading after reporting results for the third quarter.
  • Alphatec Holdings, Inc. ATEC shares declined 14.5% to $10.96 in pre-market trading after the company priced underwritten public offering of 14.3 million common shares at $10.50 per share.
  • IDEAYA Biosciences, Inc. IDYA shares fell 11.9% to $24.01 in pre-market trading after the company announced pricing of public offering.
  • SunPower Corporation SPWR shares declined 9.5% to $4.49 in pre-market trading as the company announced plans to restate financial statements for affected periods in amendments to Form 10-K, Q1 Form 10-Q, and Q2 2023 Form 10-Q, respectively.
  • CoStar Group, Inc. CSGP shares fell 9.5% to $67.16 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected third-quarter sales results and issued FY23 guidance below estimates.
  • ImmunityBio, Inc. IBRX shares declined 8.3% to $1.65 in pre-market trading after jumping over 25% on Tuesday.
  • Teladoc Health, Inc. TDOC shares fell 7% to $16.85 in pre-market trading after the company posted downbeat third-quarter sales and issued weak sales forecast for the current quarter.
  • Alphabet Inc. GOOGL shares fell 6.8% to $129.42 in pre-market trading. Alphabet reported better-than-expected earnings and sales results for its third quarter, but recorded downbeat performance for its cloud computing unit.
  • Texas Instruments Incorporated TXN shares fell 5.4% to $138.94 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected third-quarter sales results and issued fourth-quarter revenue guidance below estimates.
