The highly-anticipated Resident Evil 4 Remake release date for Apple Inc.'s AAPL iPhone 15 Pro is finally here. Apart from this, Japanese video game company Capcom has spilled the beans on Resident Evil 4 Remake's pricing and other details, too.
What Happened: Capcom is opening pre-orders for the highly anticipated Resident Evil 4 Remake, designed for the iPhone 15 Pro and compatible iPads. This announcement was made during a recent Apple event, where Capcom producer Tsuyoshi Kanda presented the upcoming title.

Resident Evil 4 Remake is scheduled for release on Dec. 20, 2023. It will be available for the A17 Pro-powered iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and iPads equipped with an M1 chip or newer.
Along with the announcement, Capcom confirmed that a demo version would soon be accessible for users to try out.
Resident Evil 4 Remake promises an advanced gaming experience by supporting external game controllers like the PlayStation DualSense, thanks to the iPhone 15 Pro’s compatibility features.
Earlier, YouTube gamer Datura Plays, who had early access to the game, reported that Resident Evil runs at 60 frames per second (fps) on a sustained basis on the iPhone 15 Pro.
Resident Evil 4 Remake Price
Resident Evil 4 Remake's price for the iPhone 15 Pro is set at $60.
Like everything else on Apple's App Store, you can buy the game once and enjoy it on all supported Apple devices.
Why It Matters: The transition of Resident Evil 4 Remake onto mobile platforms signifies a continued push by Apple to position its devices as credible gaming hardware – the company believes the iPhone 15 Pro is the "best game console" out in the market right now.
During the Sept. 12 ‘Wonderlust' launch event, Apple announced plans to bring console-like performances to mobile devices, with Capcom's Resident Evil Village being amongst the first.
This is not a mobile version of the game but the complete game, marking a significant shift in the mobile gaming experience.
