Krafton, renowned for PUBG, revealed a departure from battle royales by showcasing a Sims-like game developed in Unreal Engine 5 named InZoi during G-STAR 2023 in South Korea.
According to IGN, the preview presented a stunning life simulation featuring realistic graphics familiar to Sims fans, with character creation, relationships, Build Mode, and a Director’s Mode allowing manipulation of schedules, weather, and city settings.
InZoi offers a unique experience, positioning players as "gods" within the game, enabling them to shape the world as they desire and explore diverse life stories.

"Do you have a life you've always dreamed of? Do you need a unique experience that blurs the line between reality and imagination? In InZoi you can freely control the world like a god and make your ideal life a reality. Also, rather than simply living the life given to you, you can become the protagonist who leads the life you want. It's time to create your own story at InZoi, where infinite possibilities await!" the game's description reads.
Although details are scarce and a release timeline is absent, the game's innovative approach and competition with The Sims 5, yet to be launched, make InZoi a project worth monitoring.
