U.S. stocks traded slightly higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining over 20 points on Wednesday.
Shares of Veradigm Inc. MDRX shares fell sharply during Wednesday’s session.
Veradigm said it sees FY23 revenue of $608 million to $622 million. The company also sees FY23 Non-GAAP EPS of 79 cents to 88 cents.
Veradigm shares tumbled 11.1% to $9.56 on Wednesday.

- GrafTech International Ltd. EAF shares tumbled 14.4% to $1.61.
- TG Therapeutics, Inc. TGTX declined 12.4% to $18.38 after the company reported preliminary BRIUMVI US net product sales for Q4 and FY23.
- Wheels Up Experience Inc. UP declined 12% to $4.2350.
- Monte Rosa Therapeutics, Inc. GLUE fell 10.2% to $6.92.
- Saratoga Investment Corp. SAR declined 9.1% to $23.55 following downbeat quarterly earnings.
- NovoCure Limited NVCR dipped 8.8% to $13.43.
- Coherus BioSciences, Inc. CHRS fell 8.3% to $2.73. Coherus Biosciences announced the termination of its tigit program collaboration with Shanghai Junshi Biosciences, with plans to wind down their work in the coming months.
- Tilray Brands, Inc. TLRY fell 8.1% to $1.94. Tilray filed prospectus supplement to register the resale of 12.4 million shares of common stock by selling stockholder.
- Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. MIRM fell 7.7% to $25.75. Mirum Pharmaceuticals recently announced preliminary unaudited 2023 net revenue and issued corporate updates.
- Sasol Limited SSL shares declined 6.8% to $9.08.
- Wolfspeed, Inc. WOLF fell 6.7% to $37.35.
- 3D Systems Corporation DDD fell 6.2% to $5.41.
- iRobot Corporation IRBT fell 6.1% to $34.81.
- Arcadium Lithium plc ALTM fell 6% to $6.11.
- Coinbase Global, Inc. COIN shares declined 4.7% to $144.85 after the SEC's X account was compromised on Tuesday. The SEC said it has not approved the listing and trading of spot bitcoin exchange-traded products.
