Kiyokawa Distillery has a unique farm-to-bottle distilling practice that entails farming its barley rather than shipping it in as is the industry standard in Japan. It also uses modern pot stills. With two casks each of oloroso and marsala seasoning combined with a maturation timeline of three to five years, the flavor will evolve in complexity. It's believed the casking of the whisky enhances the collection's investment appeal and improves its appreciation potential at exit.
The collection has an estimated selling time frame between 2025 and 2028 and is available to prospective investors on the Vint platform for $100 per share. The collection is valued at $125,000.
