Tesla Driver Pulled Over For Wearing Apple Vision Pro While Driving

A man in a Tesla Inc. TSLA car was pulled over by cops for driving while wearing Apple Vision Pro.

What Happened: Driving a car while wearing Apple Inc.'s AAPL new mixed reality headset has landed a user in trouble. Users on social media are calling for their arrest for endangering the safety of others on the road.

A Tesla driver, Dante, posted a video of them driving around while wearing Apple Vision Pro. The video shows that the Tesla's speed was around 63-65 miles per hour.

Dante also shows police tailing them and asking them to pull over – in fact, multiple police cars seem to approach Dante and cover them.

The post has triggered a range of reactions – while some users think it's funny and just a prank, other users are calling for Dante's arrest.

"I genuinely hope you get arrested for this," one user said, while another called it a "serious crime."

Why It Matters: Apple Vision Pro's launch has seen a wide range of innovative ideas being posted by users and developers alike. Many have posted concepts that show off the possibility of watching an F1 race with a virtual track in the living room. In contrast, others show the endless multitasking possibilities the mixed reality headset enables.

However, some Apple Vision Pro buyers are also using the headset to chase clout on social media, posting videos of them crossing intersections while wearing the headset or trolling their viewers into believing they are typing in thin air. At the same time, it's not actually possible to do so yet.
