Bitcoin Tops $67,000 Following Jobless Claims Data; SingularityNET Emerges As Top Gainer

Bitcoin BTC/USD moved higher, with the cryptocurrency prices trading above the key $67,000 level on Thursday.

Ethereum ETH/USD, however, recorded losses, trading below the key $3,800 mark this morning.

SingularityNET AGIX/USD was the top gainer over the prior 24 hours, while dogwifhat WIF/USD turned out to be the biggest loser.

U.S. initial jobless claims came in unchanged at 217,000 in the latest week, higher than market estimates of 215,000.

At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap rose to $2.51 trillion, recording a 24-hour gain of 1.4%. BTC was trading higher by 1.3% at $67,003 while ETH fell by around 1% to $3,787 on Thursday.
