The board of directors of Worthington Steel, Inc. WS has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per common share. The dividend is payable on June 28, 2024, to shareholders of record June 14, 2024.

Worthington Steel will host a conference call to discuss its fiscal third quarter results at 8:30 a.m. ET on Friday, March 22, 2024.
