The buzz surrounding GTA 6 is massive, with analysts dubbing it potentially the most significant game release in history. While the game is slated for a 2025 release, there’s speculation about potential delays, given Rockstar Games’ history of pushing back release dates.
Reports suggest GTA 6 is nearing completion, eyeing a release either in Fall 2025 or possibly slipping into 2026.
However, tensions are brewing as Rockstar Games enforces a return-to-office policy for most staff members starting April 15 to finalize the game and prevent leaks. This move hasn’t gone down well with some employees, who argue for the importance of remote work.
Developed by Rockstar North in Edinburgh, Scotland, with contributions from teams worldwide, GTA VI is a project driven by a quest for perfection, as emphasized by parent company Take-Two.
