Alcon Beats Street Estimates For Q2, Raises 2010 Guidance (ALC)

Alcon ACL reports earnings of $2.21 versus estimates of $2.03. Alcon reports revenues of $1.89 billion versus estimates of $1.83 billion. Alcon raised its full year 2010 guidance for organic sales growth from the mid-to-high single digits to the high single digits. It also raised its earnings per share guidance to a range of $7.45 to $7.62.
