Elecsys Corporation ESYS jumped 16.37% to $3.98 by 11:37 am. ESYS has acquired a technology license. Agria Corporation GRO shares surged 11.94% to $1.50. Avon will buy HEW in a cash and stock deal worth $4.9 billion. GRO has signed a definitive agreement to divest Taiyuan Primalights III Agriculture Development Co Ltd, or P3A, to Mr Frank Xue, the president and a director of P3A. Onvia, Inc ONVI shares advanced 14.11% to $3.80. ONVI is set to announce its quarterly results on August 6. InfoLogix Inc IFLG climbed 11.60% to $5.58.
