Trulieve Strengthens Footprint In Pennsylvania

That said, Florida medical cannabis giant Trulieve Cannabis Corp. TRUL TCNNF announced the opening of a new Trulieve-affiliated medical marijuana dispensary in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania earlier this month.

Located at 1000 Wilkes Barre Township Boulevard, the new cannabis store hosted a grand opening celebration on July 12 with a ribbon cutting, partner giveaways and special discounts, to name a few.

The new medical cannabis dispensary joined other Trulieve-affiliated dispensaries in PA communities including Camp Hill, Coatesville, Cranberry Township, Devon, Harrisburg, Johnstown, King of Prussia, Limerick, Philadelphia, Philadelphia Charter City, Philadelphia Washington Square, Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh North Shore, Reading (on Lancaster), Reading (on 5th St. Hwy), Scranton, Washington, Whitehall, York and Zelienople.

Trulieve seems to be well positioned to seize the new opportunity if, and once the Keystone State goes recreational. The regional cannabis manufacturer and retailer announced last week the establishment of its headquarters in Rogers, Arkansas, effective August 1, 2024. The new headquarters, located in the Pinnacle Hills district of Rogers allows Dark Horse Cannabis to consolidate its management functions across the region.

“This decision aligns perfectly with our long-term strategy to expand our footprint and lead product innovation in the cannabis industry,” said Casey Flippo, CEO of Dark Horse Cannabis.

Montana's New Cannabis Store

Bloom Montana announced the opening of its newest dispensary in Bozeman, Montana representing the 25th location for the local cannabis company. The new dispensary, located at 25 N Willson Ave, will serve both medical and recreational consumers.

The grand opening took place on Sunday, July 20. The company said it will continue celebrating this grand opening over the coming weekends.

“This move to the heart of downtown Bozeman allows us to continue supporting our community by providing easy access and affordable prices for our locally sourced products,” Adam Kunin of Bloom Montana said.

Last, but not least, exciting news that Snoop Dogg is set to open his first licensed cannabis store, S.W.E.D., near Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) made headlines recently.

The new shop dubbed S.W.E.D., which stands for "Smoke Weed Every Day," will no doubt be a cultural hub in Los Angeles offering top-shelf premium products and services.
