Tasty Baking Company Declares Cash Dividend of $0.05

Tasty Baking Company TSTY today announced that its Board of Directors on July 29, 2010, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on all outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend is payable September 1, 2010, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 17, 2010.
