Boeing Completes Acquisition of Narus

Boeing BA today announced it has completed its acquisition of Narus. Narus, headquartered in Sunnyvale, Calif., will operate within Boeing's Network & Space Systems business as a wholly owned subsidiary. Terms of the transaction, announced on July 7, are not being disclosed.
