GameStop, Oracle And 3 Stocks To Watch Heading Into Tuesday

With U.S. stock futures trading lower this morning on Tuesday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:

  • Wall Street expects Academy Sports and Outdoors, Inc. ASO to report quarterly earnings at $2.03 per share on revenue of $1.57 billion before the opening bell, according to data from Benzinga Pro. Academy Sports shares rose 0.3% to $52.80 in after-hours trading.
  • Oracle Corporation ORCL reported better-than-expected earnings and sales results for its first quarter on Monday. Oracle and Amazon.com, Inc.'s AMZN AWS announced the launch of Oracle Database@AWS, a new offering that allows customers to access Oracle Autonomous Database on dedicated infrastructure and Oracle Exadata Database Service within AWS. Oracle shares jumped 8.9% to $152.30 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts are expecting GameStop Corp. GME to post a quarterly loss at $0.9 per share on revenue of $895.67 million. The company will release earnings after the markets close. GameStop shares rose 0.7% to $24.43 in after-hours trading.

  • Calavo Growers, Inc. CVGW posted stronger-than-expected results for its third quarter on Monday. Calavo Growers shares climbed 7.6% to $25.82 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts expect Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, Inc. PLAY to report quarterly earnings at $0.84 per share on revenue of $560.65 million after the closing bell. Dave & Buster’s shares rose 0.8% to $30.35 in after-hours trading.
