Real estate mogul and financial educator Grant Cardone approached Vice President Kamala Harris with a bold proposal: a nationwide financial literacy program aimed at creating "the wealthiest, most secure middle class in the world."
In a letter to Harris posted on X, Cardone offered to collaborate with her administration to launch a large-scale initiative to provide every American with free access to wealth-building strategies and financial education.

In his letter, Cardone expressed his belief that financial literacy is crucial not just for students, as past efforts have largely targeted. Citing former President George W. Bush's 2002 initiative, which focused on children, Cardone argued that a more comprehensive program is needed to equip all Americans with the financial tools necessary for success.
"Everyone needs this to have a chance, not just schools," Cardone wrote.

The proposal hinges on using modern technology and platforms like streaming services, social media and public broadcasting to deliver content at scale and at little to no cost to the government.
With over 20 years of experience educating millions of people, Cardone emphasized that the program’s infrastructure and curriculum already exist and he offered his expertise to help develop and implement the initiative.

Cardone suggested calling the program "Financial Freedom for Every American" and noted that it could even be gamified, perhaps tied to tax credits to incentivize participation without burdening government resources. He also emphasized that the initiative could significantly impact the country by reducing crime, increasing productivity and building a more unified and hopeful America.
"Because of ‘lifestyles on display' on social media, the country is inspired by the possibility of wealth and prosperity," Cardone wrote. "The technology now exists to scale this initiative to the public."

Cardone also stressed that the program would not only educate but create millions of new millionaires, leading to the strongest middle class on the planet.
Cardone is prepared to roll out the initiative on Jan. 6 and believes his knowledge and access to other educators from diverse backgrounds can create a truly transformative impact.
The proposed program represents a significant step toward addressing wealth inequality and empowering the average American with the tools to achieve financial independence.
"This can provide every American with the same information people like Mark Cuban and I have access to," he wrote. "Building the wealthiest middle class in the world will revive and inspire the American people, result in lower crime, increased productivity and a happier, less divided America whose citizens no longer feel hopeless and reliant on the government."
