Zecotek Receives $1.5M Order for Lutetium Fine Silicate Scintillation Crystals from Hamamatsu Photonics

Zecotek Photonics ZMSPF today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Zecotek Imaging Systems Pte. Ltd. has received a US$1,500,000 order for its patented Lutetium Fine Silicate (LFS) scintillation crystals from its strategic partner Hamamatsu Photonics (Tokyo: 6965) of Japan.  This second order of LFS scintillation crystals is generated to be used by a third party OEM of positron emission tomography (PET) medical scanning devices.
