U.S. stocks were slightly higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 0.2% on Wednesday.

Shares of RPM International Inc. RPM rose sharply during Monday's session after the company reported better-than-expected first-quarter adjusted EPS results.

Sales declined 2.1% Y/Y to $1.97 billion, missing the consensus of $2.015 billion. Adjusted EPS was $1.84, beating the consensus of $1.75.

RPM shares jumped 7.2% to $128.71 on Wednesday.

  • Clover Health Investments, Corp. CLOV gained 12% to $3.1113.
  • Talkspace, Inc. TALK surged 12% to $2.3650.
  • Oklo Inc. OKLO climbed 10.7% to $9.52.
  • Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation GLDD climbed 9.7% to $11.76 after the company announced the receipt of several dredging awards totaling $342.3 million.
  • Novavax, Inc. NVAX gained 9.3% to $13.47.
  • Ciena Corporation CIEN rose 6.5% to $65.44. Ciena announced a $1 billion share repurchase authorization.
