Morgan Stanley MS is the lead investment bank when it comes to clean energy IPO's and it is looking to push that lead even further writes Bloomberg.
Morgan Stanley is hiring Robert Mansley from Credit Suisse CS in London and Schuyler “Skip” Grow, from Lazard LAZ in New York. The bankers have not started at Morgan Stanley yet according to a source close to the matter.
Morgan Stanley handled 10 transactions worth a total of $2.9 billion, the most of any lead book runner, including such IPO's as China Longyuan Power Group Corp., China’s biggest wind-power producer, and A123 Systems Inc. AONE.
Shares of Morgan Stanley closed at $27.87 yesterday.
