  • UPS has "gone down so much, it’s been such a disappointment," the Mad Money host says.
  • When asked about Alliance Entertainment, Cramer says Live Nation is a better buy.

On CNBC's “Mad Money Lightning Round,” Jim Cramer said he is ‘not a fan' of Novavax, Inc. NVAX.

On Dec. 4, Novavax agreed to sell its Bohumil, Czech Republic-based manufacturing facility to Novo Nordisk A/S NVO for $200 million.

Also, the Food and Drug Administration recently granted Emergency Use Authorization of the company’s updated COVID-19 vaccine. The Novavax vaccine is included in the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.

The vaccine is the only protein-based option available in the U.S. for people aged 12 and older for the prevention of COVID-19.

When asked about Alliance Entertainment LNT, Cramer said Live Nation LYV is a better buy.

On Oct. 31, Alliant Energy posted better-than-expected quarterly results.

Cramer said he can't get behind Nebius Group N.V. NBIS. “If I want AI, I will go for Nvidia NVDA as it comes down,” he added.

On Dec. 2, Nebius Group announced it entered a $700 million private placement financing agreement with institutional investors.

Innodata Inc. INOD is now a “very expensive” stock, Cramer said. “And I just think if you take a little off the table, you can always get back in.”

On Nov. 7, Innodata reported better-than-expected third-quarter financial results.

When asked about Smith & Wesson Brands SWBI, he said, “Not my cup of tea, but I don't think it's a bad level to get involved.”

On Dec. 6, Lake Street and Craig-Hallum both downgraded the stock from Buy to Hold and cut their respective price targets from $18 to $13.

United Parcel Service, Inc. UPS has “gone down so much, it's been such a disappointment,” the Mad Money host said. “I still think this stock is too expensive going in to the holiday season.”

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced on Nov. 22 that it settled charges against United Parcel Service for materially misrepresenting its earnings because it failed to follow generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) when valuing one of its worst performing businesses

“I don't want to recommend a stock in the AI category that's losing so much money that's up so much,” Cramer said when asked about BigBear.ai Holdings, Inc. BBAI.

On Nov. 5, BigBear.ai reported worse-than-expected third-quarter revenue results.
