Sam's achievements already surpass most, even at his young age. He's accomplished what most take a lifetime to do, at just 21 years old. Hailing from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Sam's rise to success has already cemented his place as one of the hottest young entrepreneurs we've seen—some might even say Tulsa's best. He's been recognized as one of the top figures in the e-commerce business and has built an impressive 7-figure portfolio, solidifying himself as one of the greatest to ever do it.
Sam's journey into e-commerce began at the age of 17. Like many entrepreneurs, his early days were filled with challenges. However, Sam faced a different set of obstacles. Growing up in a poverty-stricken neighborhood, he credits the adversity he faced throughout his childhood to his success. He says it taught him the value of a dollar and the true meaning of hard work. "Nobody will make an opportunity for you," said Sam.
Fast forward to today: Sam oversees a successful portfolio of online businesses and owns his own company, Storm Financial , LLC. Despite this, he remains incredibly grounded. He attributes much of his success to commitment and hard work. Even with his early achievements, Sam has no plans of slowing down anytime soon.
In a recent one-on-one interview, we asked Sam about his journey and what's to come.
Q: Sam, with such an impressive portfolio at just 21, what's been the key to your success so far?
Sam Fisher: "Honestly, it's all about persistence and learning from mistakes. I've faced a lot of failures along the way, but each one taught me something. I think the biggest key is not giving up and constantly learning all that you can."
Q: Looking ahead, what's next for you?
Sam Fisher: "Right now, I'm focused on continuing to grow and improve—scaling my company and my online businesses. I don't have a big ‘end goal' in mind, but I would like to expand into real estate more. I started earlier this year, but I'd like to get more involved. I'm also working on a clothing brand. This has been in the works for a while, but this is the first time I'm talking about it publicly."
Q: No end goal in mind?
Sam Fisher: "Not really, business-wise, no. I did hear about a guy who sits courtside at every Thunder home game—that would be pretty cool, I guess. A goal I accomplished earlier this year was flying private; that had been a dream of mine. But I can't really think of anything business-wise. Make as much money as I can, I guess."
Q: Being that you are so young in this space, at the age of only 21, what has been the biggest challenge you've faced due to your age, and how have you overcome it?
Sam Fisher: "Honestly, I wouldn't say I've had too many challenges. There's mostly just been good things about being young in the game. Being young gives me a fresh perspective, and I'm not afraid to take risks. I'm always there when it's crunch time. I do see some guys who struggle with greed—they see their first profit and keep it all instead of reinvesting it into the business. You just can't do that if you want long-term sustainability. Make moves today that set you up for tomorrow, you know?"
Q: You also mentor entrepreneurs in the ways of e-commerce. How is that going, and what inspired you to start coaching others?
Sam Fisher: "It's been going exceptionally well! I founded my second company about a year ago, Victory Lane, where I teach my methods of e-commerce to people who want to learn. Over the past year, VL has netted over $1,000,000 for clients, collectively. For me, it was life-changing when my first winning store took off. At the time, I was working for $12 an hour in an automotive shop, and I just remember how cool it was to make money from my phone or laptop, without doing anything physical. To me, that was insane. Going from living paycheck to paycheck to being able to afford my dreams—buying what I want, traveling where I want—I finally felt all my hard work had paid off. To be able to empower others to experience that kind of freedom is an incredible feeling. Changing lives is the best feeling you can ever have."
Sam's humble yet determined approach to business has earned him respect in the entrepreneurship space, and his story serves as an inspiration to others looking to create their own path to success. With his sharp mindset and commitment to growth, Sam Fisher's future in e-commerce is only just beginning. When asked what message he wanted to portray in this article, he said he did not want his business to be promoted, he just wanted to shed some light and be an inspiration to someone.
