Li Auto Inc. LI has reportedly reached a significant milestone with the production of the 200,000th Li L6 SUV.
This SUV, which is the brand’s most affordable model, rolled its 200,000th car off the assembly line at its Changzhou factory in Jiangsu province. Li Auto, which also operates a factory in Beijing, shared the news on Weibo, according to a report from CnEV Post.
The Li L6, an extended-range electric vehicle (EREV), was officially launched in April 2024.
This five-seat SUV is available in two trims, Pro and Max, with starting prices of RMB 249,800 ($34,070) and RMB 279,800, respectively.

In addition to the Li L6, Li Auto offers more premium EREV models, including the Li L7, Li L8, and Li L9, as well as the Li Mega all-electric MPV, the report highlights.
The company has shown strong growth, with 58,513 vehicle deliveries in December, marking a 16.21% year-on-year increase and a 20% month-on-month rise.
Overall, in 2024, the company delivered 500,508 vehicles, a 33% increase from the previous year.
As of December 31, 2024, the company had 502 retail stores in 150 cities and 1,727 super charging stations in operation equipped with 9,100 charging stalls in China.
According to the report, as of the end of November 2024, the Li L6 had contributed to 37% of Li Auto’s total deliveries, with 164,488 units sold.
