McDonald's And Cognizant Renew Partnership To Boost Cloud Transformation

Cognizant Technology Solutions Inc. CTSH and McDonald’s Corporation MCD have extended their partnership with a multi-year renewal.

This collaboration, which began in 2017, aims to leverage cutting-edge technologies to improve McDonald’s operational efficiency, employee support, and overall customer experience.

The renewed agreement will help optimize critical McDonald’s functions, including financial systems and human resources management, covering areas like payroll, franchisee oversight, and legal processes.

Cognizant will keep supporting McDonald’s in refining its operations and converting systems into advanced, cloud-based solutions, Enterprise AI, and Generative AI.

Price Action: MCD shares are trading lower by 0.34% at $280.00 at the last check Tuesday.
