Goldfarb Branham LLP is investigating the recently proposed buyout of ResCare, Inc. RSCR to Onex Corporation OCX to determine if it is “unfair” to shareholders. According to the plan, RSCR shareholders will receive $12.60 for every share. According to Goldfarb Branham LLP, RSCR stocks are worth more than $12.60. Their claim has also been substantiated by analysts’ report of $14.00 per share. The class action lawsuit is aimed to increase the “value” so the lawsuit so shareholders are able to make an “informed” decision. RSCR is trading at $12.45, up 0.57%.
