U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Nasdaq futures falling over 150 points on Wednesday.

Shares of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. AMD declined 8.6% to $109.26 in pre-market trading.

AMD reported upbeat earnings and sales results for the fourth quarter after the market closed on Tuesday. The company expects first-quarter revenue of approximately $7.1 billion, plus or minus $300 million. At the midpoint, the revenue guidance represents year-over-year growth of approximately 30%.

Advanced Micro Devices shares dipped 8.6% to $109.26 in the pre-market trading session.
