AMD reported upbeat earnings and sales results for the fourth quarter after the market closed on Tuesday. The company expects first-quarter revenue of approximately $7.1 billion, plus or minus $300 million. At the midpoint, the revenue guidance represents year-over-year growth of approximately 30%.
