The Kansas City Chiefs are attempting to win a third straight Super Bowl on Sunday with a matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles. While millions of NFL fans will tune in for the big game, millions will also tune in to see the Super Bowl commercials.

What Happened: NFL media partner Fox Corporation FOX FOXA has the rights to Super Bowl LIX and set its sights on charging $7 million for 30-second commercial slots.

The media company was able to secure the majority of its ad slots in the $7 million to $7.5 million range and some last-minute availability came with a price tag of $8 million. Fox also saw strong demand and price increases compared to last year for the pre-game and post-game slots.

While some companies are skeptical to advertise during the Super Bowl due to the high cost, last year's record viewership could lure major brands back, as the game remains one of the most-watched events in the U.S. annually.

Here is a look at the companies that are airing Super Bowl commercials in Super Bowl LIX, as reported by AdAge.
