On Thursday’s < a href=” http://www.cnbc.com/id/38771410”>Mad Money Lightning, Jim Cramer had a lot to say about what’s hot and what’s not! Brigham Exploration BEXP was assigned a “don’t buy.” BEXP was at $16 after hours. Chevron CVX is a “go.” CVX was at $75.84 after hours. While Hartford Financial HIG, after hours: $20.36, was a strong “sell,” Cramer favored Prudential Financial PRU, after hours: $52.84.
SandRidge Energy SD, after hours: $4.28, was “just awful” and Cramer would “rather see” investors in Weight Watchers Intl. WTW, close of trade: $29.00. Cramer was bullish on Starwood Hotels HOT, after hours: $46.93. While Yahoo YHOO, after hours: $13.84, was a “hold,” Cramer remarked that JC Penney JCP, pre-market: $20.60, Home Depot HD, after hours: $28.22, and Urban Outfitters URBN, after hours: $33.16, would make “better picks.” Clearly, Cramer is hot on retail these days.
Cramer further said that PepsiCo PEP, after hours: $64.78, was one of the “best buys out there.” Cramer rounded off by commenting on IBM IBM, after hours: $128.48 that he can’t “get behind” IBM unless it drops below $125.
